Custom Packages:

If the packages above do not fit your needs, please contact us and ask for a custom account. Custom accounts allow you to dictate the number of bills and accounts you wish to have managed. We will calculate a flat monthly price for you based on the unique structure of your finances.

Every account must have a minimum of 5GB of storage.
No account can be less than $75 per month.
No account with bill payment can be less than $75 per month.

If you need specialized services above and beyond the example packages or have unique requests, your account may be bid at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Such custom accounts are considered Premium Plus and are a minimum of $149 per month and potentially higher based on your unique situation. Our sales team can help you determine if your account meets the requirements of Premium Plus.

Some examples of the types of things that can lead to a Premium Plus accounts include (but are not limited to) the examples below:

Having your bookkeeper talk regularly and directly to your outside financial professionals such as private banker, CPA, financial advisor
Additional reporting requirements beyond those currently provided at https://secure.balancefin.com
Asking Balance to manage your business account
Asking Balance to manage your rental property and related financial chores
Asking Balance to manage deposits
Asking Balance to scan additional documents or statements beyond monthly bills
High monthly payment volumes
