Individual Professional License is $19.95 per month. The term is month to month.  Additional Professional licenses are $14.95 per month when added to an existing Professional Organization.

$0.99 for each bill uploaded to system by Balance.

$0.99 for each bill paid through Balance.

$25.00 for overnight payments.

$25.00 for Non-sufficient-funds fee on client account.

$3.00 per user per month for account aggregation & spending reports module.

File sharing accounts are free and unlimited within the restrictions of the Pro account storage limits. 

Discounts:

If the business account exceeds $5000 in monthly spend with Balance a 10% discount will be applied to the monthly invoice from Balance.
